Having started his first job at 14 in his home town Houston, Brendan is no stranger to rolling his sleeves up and working hard to reach a goal.  His early years were spent with his family’s fire protection company spending  summers, breaks, and afternoons supporting the day-to-day needs of massive job sites. His love of real estate grew with each plot of land he watched transform into a towering building, and with each completed project his understanding of what makes real estate function also grew. His career in commercial real estate started with simply saying yes to a summer internship based out of Los Angeles. In this role, he developed a fingertip feel for how the local markets worked, and from here he transitioned into a fully licensed agent specializing in multifamily properties throughout the State of Texas. Over time he grew his specializations from only multifamily into Retail, Office, and Industrial investments & tenant representation to support a previous client’s need to expand their business. 

In his role with KW Commercial, Brendan brings his construction knowledge into multifamily communities, providing unique access to guidance to private equity and family owners. He weekly spends time in the neighborhoods he focuses on, ensuring that the owners he seeks to serve have the most current updates around the topics and conditions that could most impact their investment real estate experience. 

He is excited to share with his clients the ever-growing technology that his brokerage KW Commercial offers and is truly a tech-enabled agent that improves the real estate experience.  Broussard is a new generation of agent who is enabled by technology for his clients every step of the way.

Brendan chooses to empower his client’s goals through a fair & direct communication style, as he does with everything else in his life. He believes there is always a win-win if everyone works together for the best outcome for all involved.
